Brewed with Shoreline Malting Pilsner and chit malt, as well as a hefty amount of corn, we performed a low oxygen mash (as is becoming standard with all our lagers). Hopped late in the boil with Motueka hops, and fermented low and slow with Mexican lager yeast. Krausened with more fresh lager wort and yeast, and lightly dry hopped with more Motueka before lagering for about 8 weeks.
Super soft and smooth carbonation from our krausening, with a nice little lime zip from the hopping. Fresh, smooth, and easy to quaff — this is all we’re gonna be drinking after days on the production side. We’re real proud of this little crusher.
