The middle of September found us hanging out with our friends from Brighton, England: the team over at Lost + Found. On the outskirts of autumnal Saint Petersburg, our first Russian-British collaboration was born. Taking notes from our colleagues’ expertise on keeping IPAs juicy, we didn’t use hops like we normally do. Instead, we unleashed the power of its natural freshness and lupulin in a whirlpool along with a couple rounds of dry hopping. In the end we got a dry, hoppy nectar with exquisite bitterness saturated right through with the citrus and fruit flavours of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy.
