For Science! Beer #2. Unlike the first cellar deep dive, this was a huge miss. Obviously I know now 8 years into cellaring to shy away from storing anything with adjuncts, especially mint. Drain pour, 1/5. This is on me though, not the brewery.

Spicy, roasty and minty. Very minty. Dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, dried fruits and syrup. Light aging notes, held up pretty well. Tough nut with mint in beers, not a super fan but works good here with the base beer
