I had written this one off as a cooking beer, but now its got me inspired to brew more traditional lagers. Too sweet. I'll get it next time.

Bottle. Really good, if too sweet. I'd cut the Munich with some other malt next time, up the bitterness, and mash lower.

I think it's too sweet for the IBUs. Should've used more hops.
