HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH: RASPBERRY

The whole idea of the "norm" has been shaped for centuries within our neurons, and at one time even helped our ancient ancestors to survive. Since then we’ve tamed fire, got squeezed through evolution, survived wars, pandemics and even Black Fridays ;) But today we have to re-answer these questions for ourselves: what’s the norm? What’s a lot? How much is too much?

HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH is a new line of smoothie sour ales, helped along by kettle souring technique and packed with an extremely high level of berries and fruits.

For the 1st of the batch, HMTM: RASPBERRY, we added over 300 grams of raspberries per litre and smoothed out berry explosion with lactose, oatmeal and all the sunny memories of the summer.
