The most rich cherry experience of all time! Very strong, rich cherry upfront followed immediately by very tart cherry. Fades away into decadent sweetness. Not getting much cinnamon but I’m sure it’s there in the background. Aroma is pure cherry pie.

A checkin from last night. One of the best meads I've had lately. Was unsure about the cream cheese but it works. Jammy and viscous. Definitely get notes of red velvet cake if it was buried in fresh berries.

Honey focused and nice flower blossom orange pineapple with some spice building on backend. Flavors are balanced but the honey for me is a tad much. Wish it was even more fruited, but it does taste as described and I don’t think it’s had. Not my style tho
