Voor een pastry wat waterig maar wel een fijne smaak. Ik proef donkere chocolade, koffie, iets roasty, vrij complexe smaak maar wel lekker. Iets meer lactose/romig had hem een 4 opgeleverd, nu blijft het bij 3,75.
