Systems Triple NEIPA started off with an enormous base of oats and base malt before being hopped with Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. Pouring a deep hazy yellow with notes of pineapple and berries on the nose, at first taste you will get pallet blasted with citrus and ripe fruit and finishing flavors of mango and passionfruit. Oh man we got something for ya, if our staff leaves any that is. POLYCHRONIC DOOM is a New England DIPA, brewed with a scaled up version of Polychronic Bloom’s malt bill and hop schedule then double dry hopped with a stupid amount of Citra, Rakau, and Motueka. We couldn’t be more stoked for this beer to drop. It’s a culmination of the work the team puts in each day to strive for more. The mouthfeel is soft and fluffy, the head is dense and lingers. Aromatically, we’re getting waves of pungent tropical fruit with a dank backbone. Tasting notes of melon up front, then some apricot, hints of fruit stripe gum but lasts longer, a hit of pineapple too but with a balanced finish. Drink this beer and turn the volume up! Read Less
