A solid Westie - exactly what you'd expect from a classic style WCIPA - v nicely balanced bitterness, pine, malts & caramel. Demerara sugar, grapefruit pith, resinous flavours. Excellent stuff 👌

Juicy bruised mango flesh soaked in orange squash, scattered with grated grapefruit peel &, surprisingly, a few petals on the nose; & to taste, though the mango becomes woodier, atop nutty, husky, waxy, oaty malts; then a herby leaf-litter hop bitterness.
