Two Roads Holiday Ale is inspired by the little known Biere de Noel style, a subset of Biere de Garde, both of which originated on small farmhouse breweries in the north of France. Biere de Noel, which translates as “Christmas Beer”, tends to exhibit a more malty profile than a typical Biere de Garde.

In its native France this special type of ale is brewed by just a handful of small breweries and is only available for the few weeks leading up to Christmas.

Two Roads is driving down the road less traveled with this Persian Lime Gose. We kettle soured this ale in our own tanker truck trailer - a former milk tanker (like the one on the front label) that's parked right on the grounds of our brewery!

We source the freshest persian lime (Citrus latifolia) juice through a local craft juicery and blend it into a classic Gose brew with an added twist - flaked rye. The result is a strikingly vibrant fresh lime aroma and flavor that shouts refreshment!

Pays homage to Incan heritage by using three local Peruvian staple foods in this porter: sweet potatoes, purple mais and aji panca chili peppers. Earthy spice notes, hint of chili, deep brown color of a classic porter.
Since the ingredients were provided by Mother Earth, named in tribute for Pachamama, the earth mother of Incan mythology. Read Less

Two Roads Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a road less traveled with this rye-based version of a classic Belgian Tripel. There are unique twists and turns at every corner that give our spring seasonal its unique, fruity complexity. The beer is characteristically spicy with a dry flavor and aroma thanks to the rye. The addition of American-grown Mosaic and Amarillo hops add notes of white wine, blueberries and fruit punch.
