A little Sabro in the whirlpool adds further tropical notes to the Citra and Motueka, and all combine to give fresh lime and green wine gum notes with luscious mango undertones.

As our new house pale ale we wanted to focus on balance and drinkability. Charged with Ekuanot and Idaho-7 in the whirlpool and Mosaic and Simcoe in the dry-hop, it’s balanced perfectly with a touch of best malt for sweetness to create a radiant and pintable beer. Read Less

Parallel is a hop-forward beer series inspired by a unique connection: Yakima in the US and Nelson in New Zealand, two iconic growing regions that sit on opposite sides of the world yet share the same 42 degree latitude North and South.

The final chapter, a bold, juicy, full throttle showcase of all four hops in harmony. We've used the freshest hops we can get our hands on plus plenty of the latest hop products on the market to create this fully saturated double IPA. We're tasting layered notes of mango kulfi, lychee, crushed gooseberries and a slightly resinous finish.

Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich provide the platform for Mosaic to shine. We’ve specifically selected an early harvested Mosaic that provide tonnes of stone fruit with just a little trademark dankness.

For our first ever collab we partnered with Willibald Brewery in Canada. Joe,was over in the UK and had recently been to Mexico to make some lagers, so it was a no-brainer to brew one together.

We used pilsner malt and 30% flaked Maize in the grist to really lift the flavour and colour. Expect very low bitterness, with a touch of Motueka in the whirlpool for subtle fresh lime notes to allude to the wedge you might find in a bottle. Read Less
