Tommy's Brewing Company is Trinidad and Tobago's first craft brewery. The name was inspired by a man, and the brand is inspired by his journey! Born from the spirit of Gabriel Tommy, an emigrant from the Far East who settled in Trinidad in 1924, Tommy’s is driven by Gabriel's philosophies of innovation, determination, and revolution. Represented by the beer barrel he sits upon, ‘Tommy’ navigated storms to start a life for himself and his family. The beers we brew are an interpretation of Tommy’s journey to our shores; an homage to the things he experienced, based on the personal journal which he kept during his adventures. Like Tommy, our quest is a search for something better - a journey of Brewscovery. Our vision is to ignite the local craft beer revolution by sharing our passion for craft beer and challenging the notion of what beer is and can be.
