Paco N. is drinking a Pomo Pip by Tiny Farm at Sebastopol, CA
Light and bubbly for summer! The pear and the Chardonnay flavours give it complexity and a fullness.
It's a PIP! Sparkly, light, like in UK pubs. Hints of licorice and smoke.

Finished aging and secondary fermentation. POP!!! Wherein the tip overflowed in a burst of exuberant bubbly ebullition.
Paco N.: Light, dry, crystal clear, with so many bubbles. The musty flavor of aromatic gravensteins has converted into a delicate smokey hint.

2016 Harvest: dry, crystal clear, and golden. Aroma like taking a bite of a fresh apple, followed by a quaff of Côtes du Rhône white blend.
First brew from our Tiny Farm in West Sonoma county. Sample at first racking; already has dry, complex flavor, not unlike a Wild Side.
Mr. G.: Oh, you're making your own cider now? Seems the bug has bitten hard!
