Field 2 is a complex and refreshing farmhouse ale that emphasizes the unique flavors of rustic yeast from a farm brewery on the French-Belgian border. With delicate notes of wild herbs, spices, pear, and straw, it’s no surprise that farmhouse ales once quenched field workers. Traditional hops from Bavaria and Slovenia lend pronounced aroma of lemongrass and earth to a gentle finish.

With ingredients that traveled far to come together, Field 2 is yet another transplant to New York that decided to stay. The name is taken from our preferred field in New York, found on the Great Lawn of Central Park. Read Less

Bodega is an American Pale Ale brewed with an abundance of our favorite hops, and some unusual techniques to make those flavors shine. With remarkable harvests of Citra and Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley, it's no surprise that we made up reasons to keep testing this recipe long after we had locked it.

Sourcing the immensely sought-after Citra and Centennial hops has not been easy, so we take extreme care to ensure that our methods preserve the layers of exotic fruit flavors that evolve as the glass goes by. Innate is our IPA that pays homage to the classics that fueled the launch of the American craft beer revolution. Built around Simcoe hops at each hopping stage with varying citrus accents from Cascade and other classic American hops, this beer has hop flavor profile balance and a drinkable finish. Bold aromas of pine and zesty citrus pith are layered into a dry but flavorful golden malt base. Flavors of sap, resin, mint, and ripe grapefruit are all there to discover.
