R. Davis: Not at all what I expected from a brewery that had such a loose relationship with QC. But this rules.
This brewery is no longer in business.

OK, this is a fun one. Found three of these bottles doing some Corona Cleaning. Was expecting a foam over, or even a bottle bomb, but instead, this beer has the perfect carb level and is drinking fantastically after 5 years or so.

Matthew M is drinking a Skippin' A Jiffy Peanut Butter Stout by Three Palms Brewing at Town & Country Park
Did not age well. Not skunked, but flavors weren't there. I had this in the tap room years ago; it shoulda been >4.0. I miss this brewer!

Matthew M is drinking a Barrel Aged Sir Alberts American Double Stout by Three Palms Brewing at Town & Country Park
Thin with a coffeeish body. No heat or obvious clue to ABV. Better fresh, but found in back of beer fridge. Still miss this brewer!

Matthew M: Absolutely fabulous stout, from a crowler hiding in the back of the beer fridge. Damn shame that this brewer closed its doors!
