It reminds us of endless fields of flowers, citrus groves in your childhood’s summer, and little tiny tropical fruits picked and eaten from trees in the jungle. Inspired by Edward Hopper’s classic, the name is a play on the concept of “blind date.” In this case, what makes for the mystery is not the aloof expressions of the strangers depicted but the beers they drink; which happen to be, unsurprisingly, this very brew! A delight to your nose with its bouquet of ripe white fruits and assorted tropicalia.
On the palate, it strikes a herbal touch that goes well with its base-fruitiness. We used a very expressive yeast that provides a silky-smooth mouthfeel. With its dry, digestible finish (as the Belgians would say), this is a well-rounded, deeply satisfying beverage made for drinking by the liter. Ekuanot, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops. Read Less

We had a feeling it was not quite of this world, so just to be certain we did not offend any spirits, we decided to recreate it for everyone to try. Although we cannot guarantee that your soul will remain the same after trying it, we still feel it's definitely worth it. Lots of Vic Secret, Simcoe and Sabro creates big grapefruit, bubblegum and coconut aromas, with juicy pineapple on the back-end. Read Less
