Slight carbonation. More hazy than it's 'big sister' in this gaff. In fact I think the Sir Thomas Gardener started out this hazy.

Bright, citrus flavours, lemon and gooseberry, heavily hop forward but drinkable

Been a decent year for this award winning brewery. Glad I snuck a v2.0 out in April. Smooth like Lindt chocolate, bitter soft, vanilla haze.
James: It has kept really well with very limited care!

This aged really well!! Good pop from the bottle still and a nice head from the pour. Sweet has mostly been replaced by bitter cacao, yumm!!

Lovely US IPA, easily market standard. Citrus and straw on the nose, a sharp hop kick to taste. Massively drinkable. Kudos.

Excellent, but there is something missing between the body and the finish. But it apparently is too young to drink.

Every bit as good the name breweries. Drinkability belies the abv, notes of coffee and chocolate, with a lovely burnt finish. Hats off

👀 a bottle from the stash. Some crud on cap and around neck... really thick body and a touch of leather about it from the oxidation perhaps. Still lovely!
