말차맛은 밋밋했지만 텁텁하지 않은 스타우트라 맘에 들었다. 살구르르에서는 포세종이나 심코홉 헤이지 ipa에서 날 법한 맛 예상했는데, 평범한 청량한 ipa에 가까웠다. 초가을밤에 먹기 딱 좋은 맥주였다

Crisp, lightly fruity, melon, peppery, smooth hoppy finish. Good one and nice reference to Catcher in the Rye from J. D. Salinger!

This is an interesting combo. The Earl Grey brings out more citrus than floral notes, which catches me off guard (cascadian IPA associations with different hop profile...) The roasty notes come late, but linger long and taste is nice and deep

Pretty well balanced, or at least for someone who's not a (fruited) sour fan. The tartness is just right and the sweetness not too much distracting. Subtle pepper flavor, maybe a bit more would work too!
