Our award winning Honey Lager features 100% Longan Honey, which is added throughout the brewing process to produce a well-balanced flavor and a unique floral aroma reminiscent of summers in Taiwan. After a thorough development process, our brew team selected Longan Honey, which can be harvested only 4 to 6 weeks each year, for its renowned, one-of-a-kind fragrance.

龍眼蜜的香氣，泡沫持久度與細膩度佳，透光的淡金黃酒體。入口後即可感受到龍眼蜜帶來的清爽口感，餘韻回甘又不過於甜膩，充分展現出蜜香與麥芽甜香平衡風味，希望能夠給喜歡蜂蜜啤酒的人們提供不一樣的風味體驗與感受。在釀造與發酵步驟分別多次添加龍眼蜜，讓蜂蜜風味能夠與啤酒風味融合良好，並且讓香氣能夠持續地維持在每一口啤酒當中，是一款口感清爽尾韻清香的拉格啤酒。

During maturation, it is infused with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe washed coffee which is roasted in house. The beer features a bold coffee aroma with subtle notes of candied fruits. It's a rich but very drinkable stout with a smooth mouthfeel.

A collaboration beer by SUNMAI and COEDO that performs the 2 breweries' character very well; a hint of spice, some fruitiness and superior drinkability. Shanjiao (mountain pepper) as the classic spice from Japan and Kumquat was originally brought in Taiwan by Japanese in early 90s during the colonial period, but somehow recognized as a signature fruit from the North East of Taiwan. This is no ordinary beer that gives Asian spice, citrus note. It is a pioneer craft beer of the East Asia, with unique ingredients and historical background.
