3-Way IPA 2019 combines all of the fruit-forwardness of a hazy, but with that classic touch of bitterness you find in a West Coast IPA. The result is a bright, citrus fruit bomb that doesn’t finish too heavy or sweet. And it also doesn’t hold back on any of the hops.

As an added layer to this year’s collaboration, the dominant dry hop will rotate throughout 3-Way IPA season. You’ll be able to see which hop is dominant by checking the bottom of your can.

This year’s release of 3 Way IPA is a collaboration between Fort George, Ruse, and Cloudburst. Read Less

At Fort George, you’ll find the Pizza Upstairs.
We’ve been making wood fired pizza in Astoria
for almost a decade. Ruse’s Crust Collective on the
Waterfront in Vancouver, which opened earlier
this year, is a chapel built to honor the gods of
pizza. Our happiness upon learning that our
friends were serving pizza and beer could only
be measured in more beer. Which is why we
teamed up with Ruse to brew Pizza Pals.
It’s the perfect beer for pizza: packed with Nelson
and Simcoe Hops alongside the fanciest malts
we could muster for a balanced, snappy

We started with a hefty dose of Oats in the mash and Strata Hop Hash in the whirlpool. FRESH HOP HAZY IPA Collaboration with RUSE BREWING

The seasons are changing, daylight hours dwindle as hop farms across the land cut down their bines. The dark, low skies of the North Coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. For a second year, we’ve teamed up with Ruse Brewing to brew Sediments of Memory (from memory, of course). We crafted this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories as a binding agent.

Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 600 pounds of fresh Strata Hops from Goschie Farms and about 10 pounds of memories.

Hops: Indie Strata, Fresh Goschie Farm Strata, Strata CGX, Strata T90, Citra T90, Simcoe T90

Malts: Rahr 2Row, Weyermann Spelt, GM Flaked Oats

Yeast: Juice

Were stoked to bring you this awesome Fresh Hop Collab with Ruse and Bale Breaker. First off, a crisp malt flavor leading to the star- The HOPS. We will be focusing on using fresh hops from Washington and Oregon Farms. Hops from Bale Breakers Loftus ranch, Roy Farms, and some Oregon farmers. We’re making a triangle of hop growers as well as a triangle of brewers. This beer will feature Simcoe, Centennial, and Strata. Big aromas and flavors of Berry with Citrus and a dank Tropical flavor to round it out. Stay tuned Mother Nature will determine in the end what we use. Read Less

FRESH HOP HAZY IPA Collaboration with RUSE BREWING

The seasons are changing, daylight hours dwindle as hop farms across the land cut down their bines. The dark, low skies of the North Coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. For a third year, we’ve teamed up with Ruse Brewing to brew Sediments of Memory (from memory, of course). We crafted this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories as a binding agent.

Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 600 pounds of fresh Citra Hops from Coleman and about 20 pounds of memories.

Hops: Fresh Coleman Citra, Citra CO2, Strata, Simcoe, Strata CGX, Citra Cryo

We first met Shaun from Ruse Brewing while he was working at fellow awesome Portland Brewery, Culmination Brewing. We tried one of his beers and were instantly impressed.
Now Ruse from South East Portland, Oregon, USA has gone on to win a truckload of Oregon Brewing awards and created some spectacular beers. Here we have a fresh take on 2 classics, a fusion between our Brain Smiles Hazy Pale Ale and their Brain Glow Hazy IPA.
We’ve used Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic to bring you some juicy, pineapple, gooseberry and mango goodness and a taste of how good Portland hazies can be.
