Pas ce que je m’attendais. Nez très invitant de spontanée. Gazéification ++. Goût beaucoup plus sharp que j’aurais cru. Très peu d’arrière-goût. Très citronnée, barrique neutre. Haute buvabilité. Acidité léger-modérée.
