"Like the beautifully coloured but ferocious, spine-scaled African jungle serpent from which it takes its name, this beer first draws you in with it's alluring aromas of juicy tropical fruit, pine resin, and mildly sweet caramel malts. Then, as you've surrendered to it's beauty and let down your guard, you take a sip, and it bares it's sharp bitter fangs and jagged spiny scales and strikes! After the initial bite of intense piney bitterness, it's hop venom begins to seep into your taste receptors, bringing on waves of juicy mango and pineapple euphoria that gently lay your palate down into a smooth bed of caramel. Against your better judgement, you immediately take another sip, receiving yet another bitter bite to get to the juicy hop ecstasy on the other side. Before you know it, you've reached the bottom of the glass. Your body numb and your mind a blurry fog, you know you have fully succumb to the lethal venom of the Bush Viper IIPA!"
