OBELISK 26

Return of the monolith. Citra - Nelson - Galaxy. 2026 version of a gargantuan DIPA at 8,4% abv.

A familiar sight featuring one of the most iconic hop combinations perhaps ever but with a lot of changes under the hood.

Fresh batches of hops. Little adjustments to amounts, types and where they are used in the brewing process. Adding some new innovations such as Nelson Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops into the mix.

We've also done some changes to other parts of the recipe such as the malt bill and the base beer landing at a much thicker mouthfeel this time.

A hazy DIPA collab with Azvex Brewing Company at 8% abv.

We first met the good people of Azvex at Hop City 2025 and found out over a pint or two that we share a lot of common thoughts when it comes to brewing beers

After some rounds of exchanging ideas and concepts we decided to delve deep into a hop we all love - Citra.

Coil is a single hop Citra DIPA featuring all sorts of Citra products utilized all over the brewing process in all sorts of techniques.

T90 pellets. Cryo pellets. Dynaboost and Hyperboost liquid hop extracts. All layered on top of a tongue coating full bodied DIPA base.

It is a privilege to bring you our second stout - Duality - brewed in collaboration with the legends of dark beers from Tallinn - Põhjala.

The base beer was tuned towards layers of malty, coffee and chocolate notes. We share a common interest towards great coffee so that was a must have adjunct. Ugandan Vanilla beans compliment the flavor profile on top of a T H I C C imperial stout at 12%

Relying on the expertise of the Põhjala crew we chose Brazilian coffee beans from Santa Cecília from a Tallin roastery Paper Mill which is a specialty roastery focused on ethical, light-roast coffee. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we did creating it. Cheers! Read Less

We've gone heavy on the NZ hops in this one - Nelson and Rakau are dancing a duet in the moonlight. To ensure a suitable amount of hop saturation we also dipped into some advanced SubZero Hop Kief liquid hop products from Freestyle Hops in addition to a hefty amount of regular hop pellets.

Embrace the Uncertainty is what we named our first glimpse into the world of Imperial Stout.

12.5% ABV. Heaps of real Ugandan vanilla beans delicately layered on top of a deep and complex malt base as one would expect from a big stout. Released to celebrate our second anniversary.

A lot of the things happening around us currently seem crazy in so many ways and we all are bombarded by various forms of uncertainty in our lives, that is for certain. But we do have the option of choosing to embrace the uncertainty or allow it to steal control of our lives. We've made our choice and now we are trying to live by it.

Gloom is a gargantuan 10.1% NETIPA loaded with varieties of a hop we've loved during the first 12 months of our journey.
