Nearly ready, just lacking a bit of carbonate, otherwise very soft mouth feel and citrusy

Penultimate bottle of this, losing its bitter hoppiness 3 months later but sooo sessionable

Carbonation fail, tastes good but the hops are starting to fade 4/6 weeks in, not as bright.

New beer, satisfyingly malty and hoppy IPA, let down slightly by underdone carbonation/head and sediment. Otherwise, tasty.

Hope I can replicate this one day, a month in the bottle and a lovely clean burnt hue, bitterness reduced, more depth. No filter.

The 500ml bottles coming up strangely less bitter. Less hoppy too but session full. Lovely colour too.

First try of new batch, slightly stronger than 2.1, less sweet, smoother and less eggy, tbh.

Improving, bitterness reduced, fizz in the beer and not released with the pop of the cap. Smoother mouthfeel. Nice head looks good too.

Coming together, quite pleased with this. Nicely wheaty but a little crisp., not ready yet.

It's ready. Batch #1. It's not gonna win any prizes but it's not bad. Better cool rather than cold, plastic bottle tops failed priming.
