A Stout Collab made in Heaven! Brouwerij Kees ging een samenwerking aan met de legendarische brouwerij Pühaste uit Tartu, Estland. Geinspireerd door Pühaste’s Patt, wat in Estland “zonde” betekent, hebben we samen een dikke vette stout gebrouwen. Bij de eerste slok druipen tonen van koffie en chocolade er vanaf, gevolgd door een licht kruidige toets.
Ideaal als dessert, of gewoon om lekker van te genieten. Het is gewoon een zonde om dit bier niet te drinken. Read Less

West Coast IPA, 15° Plato, 6.5% ABV. Při společném vaření s estonským Pühaste v Praze jsme se zaměřili na hledání krásy v jednoduchosti. Základní pivo je výhradně 100% humnový plzeňský slad z nedaleké kounické sladovny. Tím jsme získali úžasně čistý, jednoduchý podklad, ať můžou vyniknout chmely. Zvolili jsme tradiční americké kombo Amarillo, Columbus a Cascade Cryo pro intenzivní aroma citrusů a pryskyřice a přidali pár pytlů experimentálního HBC 630 pro náznak bobulového ovoce. Hořkost nepochybně potěší milovníky klasických West Coast IPA a i díky absenci karamelových sladů mizí ze sklenky rychleji, než stihnete postřehnout.

Brewing with Pühaste in Prague, we were looking for beauty in simplicity. The base beer is 100% floor malted local pilsner malt and nothing else. This way we got an incredibly lean, pale base that makes this beer all about hops. We went with a traditional combo of Amarillo, Columbus and Cascade Cryo for intense citrus and pine and added a few bags of HBC 630 for a bit of berry aroma. Bitterness is sure to please the old-school West Coast IPA lovers and due to the absence of crystal malts fades quickly to make the glass go empty faster. Read Less

This opulent and decadent 11.3% Baltic Porter was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Pühaste. The beer pours a dark caramel head atop a rich, ink black liquid, expect notes of sticky dates, plum, chocolate, raisins, dried fruits, and hints of pecan. With a similar brewing process to our imperial stouts but utilising a lager yeast instead of our usual ale yeast. This decadent, dark beer utilised a serious amount of Pilsner Malt, Munich, Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Oats and was then cold lagered for months to pay tribute to the famous dark beers of Estonia
