We are an integrated sustainable farm, hopyard & brewery. Our fruits and vegetables come mostly from organic and heirloom seed stock — we think it tastes better — and we grow everything sustainably without any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. We practice companion planting and grow a wide variety of flowers that attract beneficial insects like bees.
Our hop yard is made up of traditional American varieties, strung on our trellis system built from on-property cedar posts. We harvest every August for a variety of beer styles.
We have officially obtained our proper licensing to open a brewery featuring a hands on, five-barrel system just a couple of steps from our hop yard and garden. We’ll focus on styles that feature fruit, herbs and vegetables from the farm. Show Less
