Farmhouse Ale - Saison
Saison, by nature (recipe + yeast)...a good batch of grape juice (variety Triomphe d'Alsace) was added during primary fermentation.
Stout - Imperial / Double
Dark roasty chocolat and coffee...secondary fermentation with Cognac infused French oak (medium toast).
Stout - Other
A light stout, brewed with Adjuma pepper, cardamom, apricot and cacao nibs....spicy and a little sweetness.

Barley wine, fermented with French oak infused with Glen Talloch.
IPA - Red

Not so traditional Grisette, made with 15% Popcorn and fermented with M-29 yeast.
Sour - Flanders Red Ale
Sour, red fruit and a little funk. Fermented with MudKingBlend and MarriagePArfait2014 dregs.
Pale Ale - American
Pale ale brewed with Columbus, Centennial ans Simcoe hops.
IPA - Other
