Quarter Up! whirs to life with spring-loaded aromas of milk chocolate and the sweet, burnt-sugar tones of rich caramel. A hybrid recipe which entwines our favorite stouts recipes into one, and then was aged in Bourbon, Rye and Cognac barrels. The final blend consisted of barrels of our initial brew in late 2019 with barrels from early 2021, to create the best possible blend, barrel expression, and Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout to share with you. Colourant, in collaboration with our good friends at Phase 3, is a massive imperial stout brewed with a heavy hand of wheat. We doubled down and aged it in freshly dumped Old Fitzgerald wheated bourbon barrels for 17 months before introducing the beer to coconut, cinnamon, and equal parts of Comoros and Vanuatu vanilla beans. The result is deliciously decadent-reminiscent of cream soda and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Read Less

Back when Riverlands was just an idea, our Head Brewer Eric met Shaun Berns. Shaun was generous enough to show Eric the ropes of brewing beer professionally rather than in his garage. This beer was our first collaboration brewed at Riverlands, and allowed us to come full circle back to how this whole thing began.
