I'm loving this beer. Coffee is nice. Flaked barely gives it a nice mouth feel. Not overly roasty. Chocolate, dark cherry notes.

This might be the best beer I've ever made. "Dry hopped" with Ethiopian coffee. Great coffee aroma and flavor with chocolate notes.

Tony Coulombe: Nope. Course ground coffee in a fine mesh bag and added to the fermenter for 4 days or so.
