Surprised I’ve never checked this in. Seeing as the brewery is now closed and I knew CJ had some bottles left I thought I’d sort that out. A nice toasted malt and traditional earthy bitterness. Bit of nuttiness and some fruity notes.

Had some differing experiences here, but it was raining so popped in. Ordered this and the guy said something like "get it while you can". So they understand their suppliers - and I'm happy to 'get it while I can'. Good beer, but a tad cold.

Does what it says on the label. Strong and dark, nice mouthfeel and aftertaste. Very drinkable.
