Sumea ja vaalean kullanruskea. Yrttisen ruohon ja taikinan tuoksu. Tuhti suutuntuma ja kovat hiilihapot. Mallas on pehmeää ja viljaisaa. Vahvasti ruohoinen, mineraalinen ja selkeä kasvisten maku. Raikkaan vastakohta, mutta ihan hyvää omana visionaan.
