Карамельный солод здесь не уместен, сразу мимо цвет, возможно затирание выше 67, карамельные нотки, карбонизация минус, точно не в стиль, но если отказаться от стиля то хороший образец, видно что у пивовара есть техника, а не кастрюлька ведро и бутылка
