This amount of fruit content make the beer very light, delicate and complex in tropical fruit aromas. As all the hops are added late in the process, they lend a degree of spiciness and aroma, but very little bitterness. Milkshake IPAs combine the ‘hazy” turbidity from oats with the addition of lactose sugar for a creamy and rich mouthfeel. Read Less
