A great example of Irish Red. Malty, a little sweet, smooth and light bodied. Well done.

Raspberry Wheat by North Idaho Mountain Brew

Probably the best raspberry beer I've had. Bright fruit, crisp beer flavor still there, light and ultra refreshing.. Delicious.

Delightfully bright, citrus, orange peel, bitter finish but super refreshing and excellent orange essence.

Really nice porter. Balanced coffee and rich malts, still light bodied but drinks full flavor.

Muddled and unbalanced, under carbonated. Dirty lines leading to insufficient pour

Loft Honey by North Idaho Mountain Brew

Rob Ramsey is drinking a Loft Honey by North Idaho Mountain Brew at North Idaho Mountain Brew

Super unique beer. I’d call this a time and place beer as it really fits a mountain environment with the higher abv, honey notes, balanced with a classic hop pine note that is super light. Cool brew!

Another old school brew. No adjuncts. Drinks like a dark roast black coffee. Tasty.

Damn good Pilsner. Malty with a great hop flavor for balance. I could sit in the mountains and drink this all day.

Huge blood orange adjuncts. But it melds nicely with a moderate citrus bitterness. 3.7

Jackass Juicy IPA by North Idaho Mountain Brew

Some juice on this for sure, but there’s some aggressive bitterness that hits immediately before the citrus juice. Then that bitterness lingers through a bitter finish.

Just kind of an old school American IPA. I’m not getting Citra here, I’m getting loads of pine. Bitter with some malt underneath. Big bitter finish.
