The first time I tasted this it had a weird off taste, but keeping the keg at room temperature for a while seems to have helped. Bjorleik next weekend!

Turned out alright, this. Efficiency higher than expected so the hop charge could have been more intense, but it's still good. Happy IPA day!

Pouring out some old homebrews. This one is actually good enough that I wanted to drink a bit. Tasted more oxidized after a while, but I have a feeling this is a hop that holds up well to oxidation. It's what, 8 years old? Weird.
