Aged one year. Held carbonation well. (Of course?) More malt forward than I recall. Caramel notes? Finish is more bitter than I remember.
Rob F: Still mostly sweet. I remember the corn sugar going into the boil. Starting to learn/see how that plays to the flavor.

Aged 6 months. More pronounced head and aroma. flavor remains bright and complex.

6 month-iversary for this brew. Tastes about the same. Not brewed for aging I guess. Not that it's not good…

Aged 3 months. No discernible difference to my palate but still so delicious.

And this one has a little added fruity flavor at the end there maybe? #rdwhahb
Rob F: After three months? Still tastes roughly the same as when the bottles were ready.
Rob F: Hmm… pretty similar to the pub ale? Not identical but some similarities. Time to inspect those grain bills?
Aged one year. Aged amazingly well. All previous notes applicable. Slight sour note (hello grapes!) that is just… lovely.
