Aged one year. Held carbonation well. (Of course?) More malt forward than I recall. Caramel notes? Finish is more bitter than I remember.

Aged 3 months. No discernible difference to my palate but still so delicious.

Rob F: After three months? Still tastes roughly the same as when the bottles were ready.
Rob F: Hmm… pretty similar to the pub ale? Not identical but some similarities. Time to inspect those grain bills?
Aged one year. Aged amazingly well. All previous notes applicable. Slight sour note (hello grapes!) that is just… lovely.
