Notes d'agrumes (citrons, oranges...) avec le côté salin et umami des algues. Acidité bien dosée, avec une finale sèche. Plus ou moins une Gose (elle ne semble pas contenir de blé selon l'étiquette) mais ça reste une bière sure rafraîchissante.
