Unfortunately, some oxygen must've made its way into the keg and it has really taken its toll on this one. Bummer.

Amazing how it has changed over the course of the day and the keg. Cleared up, smoothed out, mouthfeel thinned significantly. Fruitier now.

It's growing on me. The harshnesss has subsided significantly. Having friends over for CFB today. Looking forward to their opinions on this.

Pro: big step forward in mouthfeel. Nice creaminess. Con: ugly as hell. Not as stone fruit forward as I wanted. The peach isn't noticeable.

Perfectly ironic name cause this beer is ugly as sin. Murky and muddy. Great hop flavor and aroma but The yeastiness is a little harsh.

Probably my favorite beer I've made so. Nose and taste are just a pure orange and tangerine bomb. Going to tweak it a little but it's solid.

Nose is citrus and tropical fruit. Tastes like biting into a slice of sweet orange. Color is a little darker than I expected. Really dig it.

Tasting some last batch to prepare for brewing the next one. Big maple syrup and coffee. Sweet maple lingers. Biggest knock is the thin body

Turbid/murky. Dark orange color. Used WLP002 for this batch, going to experiment with WLP007 for higher attenuation next time around.

last year's 8% abv batch. Maple up front, coffee in the middle, and a strong maple sweetness finish that lingers. Proud of this one.

Had a few more glasses over the weekend. The initial greeness is gone. Went a little overboard with the hops but a Citra & Mosaic bomb.

Letting this relax for another week has really helped. Much less of a "green" flavor and more tropical fruit and grapefruit juice.

Red, would prefer darker Garnet color. Balanced. mild sweet caramel, subdued fruity hops. Almost mineral flavor. Very subdued & mild overall

Turbid haze. Almost ugly. Fruity nose. Thick mouth feel. Almost like chewing on hops. Tasty first draft but will revise next time I brew it.
