2019 Version (9.9%), 2018 (8.9%)A big, dark, strong stout made with 6 different types of grain, jaggery (a golden brown non-centrifugal cane sugar) and cold brew coffee, which was then aged in ex-sherry whisky casks from Speyside. The residual sweetness and rich, full body of the beer is complimented beautifully by the warming overtones of whisky and the oak character of the barrel. The finished product is robust and highly flavoursome but also well balanced, silky smooth and extremely drinkable. Read Less
