London System is based on a rock solid opening in chess for the white pieces. Zac Ross, owner and brewer of Marlowe Ales, loves to play chess as much as I do. It only made sense to collab on a beer that expresses the passion we have for both beer and chess. We thought we should do an APA, a solid style that is both delightfully refreshing and a bit underrated. We used English malts, concocted a pillowy, soft mash profile, and stocked it to the brim with 100% Galaxy hops. This one is a crusher under that hot summer sun. Read Less

A cheery saison we made with our good friend Zac Ross of Marlowe Ales. It was brewed with a fun assortment of barley, triticale, oats, and buckwheat all from Deer Creek Malthouse. Hopped with our attic ages hops and fresh Saaz and Opal. Fermented with our 2019 foraged yeast culture and aged in wine barrels for many months.

Notes of delicate cherry pits, French oak, tamarind soda, sweet tarts, bell peppers, and an evolving funkiness. Read Less

Brewed with Zac Ross of Marlowe Ales. We set out to create a snappy hop forward lager brewed with heirloom German Pilsner malt and a portion of malted spelt from @hudsonvalleymalt. After our intensive step mash, we hopped this in the kettle with Czech Saaz and New Zealand Pacifica from @freestylehops. Once fermentation was complete we gave this a light dry hopping of more Pacifica to let that hop shine. Read Less
