Hopped exclusively with Enigma from Australia. American 2-row, malted wheat, and flaked oats. Fermented with a different strain than the previous IPAs I've done. This beer is much drier and the yeast lends a tropical component that compliments the fruit forward Enigma hop. Aromas of dank tropical fruit lead into flavors of strawberry and raspberry, with a slightly tart finish. A very interesting IPA! Read Less

This double IPA features some of our favorite hops imported from the southern hemisphere: 2018 Australian Galaxy and 2018 Australian Vic Secret. While initially developing this recipe, we found that Vic Secret actually helped bring out more of the fruity/melon notes, whereas some of the juicy fruit notes of Galaxy were overshadowed by its intense dank citrus in the dry hop charge. Notes of pineapple, honeydew melon, lime, and passionfruit abound, with dank pine and a hefty wheat malt & oat backbone to balance. Read Less
