David Kulp: How old is that bottle?
Buzz Litebier: David K.Hey! I got help to figure out how to use this. The beer was from 2015. I thought it was decent. People complained about it but I think it was they were investors.
Josh Learn is drinking a Broad Street IPA by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Lots of pine in this and a fair amount of booze. They combine in almost an anise like aroma. Pours clear dark amber with ok head. Soft carbonation. Light bitter finish. If this had the same great malt backbone of some of their less hoppy beers, I think it
Josh Learn is drinking a Stingy Jack Pumpkin Saison by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Some florals and the saison feel here is stronger than pumpkin vibe, probably because they actually use real pumpkins rather than just spices. Still plenty of cinnamon and clove aromas. Pours cloudy dark amber with ok head. Sweet finish. Tap at brewpub.
Josh Learn is drinking a Reynard Black Saison by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Nice stuff. Florals and some raisin in here – really more like a dubbel than a black saison or whatever that category is supposed to represent. Light sweet finish. Pours dark brown with good head. Soft carbonation. Tap at brewpub.
Josh Learn is drinking a Stir-About Oatmeal Stout by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Roast and sharp grain – bringing a good grain profile seems to be a trademark skill of these guys. Pours dark hazy brown with good mocha head. A big nut flavor. Finishes bitter, with a hint of caramel sweetness. Tap at brewpub.
Josh Learn is drinking a Wee Heavy by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Some peat malt and a hint of caramel. Pours hazy maroon with good head and lacing. A touch of toffee, plum. Some sweetness in finish. Soft carbonation. Very good for style. Tap at brewpub.

Josh Learn is drinking a Cabernet Funk by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Quite nice, even though the barrel is a little overdone. Poured amber with decent head and lacing. Lots of wine and some citrus. A hint of florals. Tap at meridian pint.

This one’s a little on the rough side. I agree with Jackl on the weird off flavours on this one. Bottle at Brony tasting.
Josh Learn is drinking a Diabolik Belgian Strong by Mad Fox Brewing Company
A bunch of foul smell rolling around in here. Something went a little wrong here. Some trashy back kick in this one. Quite tangy otherwise.

Light spice and light fours. Pours orange with OK head and lacing. A little sweet and a little sour on finish. Tap at Crios.

Some citrus and a big malt backbone here. On cask this certainly tastes more like an English pale ale. Finishes with light bitterness and some sourness. Pours hazy orange. Cask at Churchkey.
Josh Learn is drinking a Geordie Brown Ale by Mad Fox Brewing Company
Not bad but certainly nothing remarkable. Pours murky brown without much head or lacing, though this was the last pour of an old cask. Some roast but not much more to this. Light sour finish. Cask at Churchkey
