The beer has a nice malt and cracker/white bread character and some body to help showcase the large amount of hops used. Cascade and Citra were used exclusively and present a very citrus forward character. Read Less

For our 3rd beer in our back to school series we are going to desert. While it is not everyone's favorite cookie, it is one of the brewers favorites. Peanut butter cookie. The base beer is a light easy to drink amber ale with some nice bready notes, then we added 20lbs of powdered peanut butter. While not an overly sweet beer, there is some nice peanut aroma and flavor to make this a fun ode to back to school.

We added pounds upon pounds of chocolate chips, graham crackers and marshmallows to the mash and boil of this beer. The beer came out nice and sweet with all the right s'more flavors you've come to love. Read Less
