Turtle Creek is a medium bodied ale with a Saison yeast that creates the earthy backbone of this beer. We added orange peels to help round out the profile (but mostly because your Mom told us you need to eat more fruit). This is a well balanced beer with a good amount of carbonation that will leave that earthy, citrus taste dancing on your tongue until your glass runs dry.
