We took the recipe for our 4.5% session NEIPA - Less Dangerous and just about doubled everything. Twice as much Oats and Wheat give this beer a smooth mouthfeel and massive haze. We then double dry hopped it with 10g/L of Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot Cryo hops, equivalent to over 20g/L of standard hop pellets. The result, a massively hazy, smooth and juicy IPA. Read Less

We wanted to show some appreciation for a classic style that we have been really enjoying drinking recently. With our best bitter, we used a blend of malts to achieve a light copper hue, we then added a combination of East Kent Goldings and Northdown hops and fermented with a British ale strain. The resulting beer is a beautiful blend of bready biscuity honey notes from the malt, a slight fruity ester from the yeast and subtle bitter finish to keep it refreshing. Read Less

The Passionfruit hits you on the nose at first making way to pithy sangria like hit of blood orange and continues with the same on the palate, leading to a robust tartness from the souring process combined with the fruit acidity. All this is then rounded off with a subtle salinity that leaves you wanting more. Read Less
