Aged Milk Stout - 10,5% Alc - Domein Leeflank

De Nachtwaker is ons stout-bier gebrouwen met lactose. De lactose countert de moutbitterheid mooi met een lichtzoet mondgevoel.

Het bier heeft daarna gerijpt voor 18 maanden op houten vaten eerder gebruikt voor het rijpen van Rum in Martinique. In een latere fase hebben we vanille stokjes uit Madagascar toegevoegd aan dit bier. De toetsen van de bruine rum & de vanille zijn duidelijk waarneembaar en maken van dit bier een echte genieter! Een van de lievelingsbieren van de brouwer.

Ideaal bij een dessert met chocolade & rood fruit. Ook als slaapmuts doet dit donker bier zijn naam alle eer aan. Read Less
