When initially poured, intense ripe grapefruit crashes on the palate, only to soften and morph into sweet sticky pineapple as the beer assimilates to the ambient room temperature, eventually evolving and finishing with a lemon-lime zip for the final sips. Brewed with one of the most decorated OG hops in American history, the legendary Cascade hop! The best part, these hops were delivered from a mere half hour away, where they were grown with passion and pride, from Avery Mountain Bines and Twine, out of Tunkhannock, PA! Harvested, and into our kettle within a few short hours! These whole cone wet hops, bring a delicate floral note, with citrus, and that whole cone earthiness that cannot be duplicated. We added a touch of rye malt to add a soft spiciness. Read Less
