I took my base Saison Null Hypothesis and aged it on berries rummaged from my grandparents freezer. Base beer is 70/30 pils/wheat fermented with house culture of Wyeast 3711, Brett Lambicus, & Lacto Plantarum. Berries were most likely boysenberries picked years ago originally destined to be jam.
