Aroma is decidedly sour, I smell lemons. Rhubarb is present in the taste: relatively sour, slight pickling on the tongue, a bit funky (lactobacillus?). Sourness is a bit sharp, not completely round. Little body, but long aftertaste. (Bought at Le Nid)Earned the Trip to the Farm badge! Earned the Call of the Swiss (Level 12) badge!
