Spicy, dry, refreshing. A Belgian inspired blonde beer with 6,4% alcohol. The saison has a spicy, refreshing taste, which is caused by the yeast we used. By adding rye we enhanced these flavours. Apart from that, this beer doesn’t need any other adornments, because that might mask the characteristics of the beer. That would be a shame. Read Less

Colab with Eurotrash Brewery. Een heerlijk en bijzonder bier dat speciaal voor Rebelz aan de Rotte is 'ontworpen'. Hierbij lieten we ons inspireren door de Syrische claim dat zij ooit het allereerste 'oerbier' hebben gebrouwen. Zo werd het ons doel om een karaktervol bier te brouwen dat zou profiteren van de beste Levantijnse ingrediënten. En dat is gelukt. Door toevoeging van granaatappel, honing en hibiscus is een stevig maar fruitig bier ontstaan dat heel goed past bij de gerechten op onze kaart. Read Less
